ADA General Complaint Procedures
Harris County Transit will process and investigate complaints from individuals alleging discrimination in its programs, services or activities, under the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). If you believe that you or another person has been discriminated against which is covered by ADA, you may file a complaint with Harris County Transit. You may submit your complaint by mail, fax, or e-mail. All new complaints are subject to be processed and reviewed by Harris County Transit's ADA Coordinator.
